Abstract
Following my study abroad experience on Isabela Island in the Galapagos, I want to create a project showcasing the unique animals that form the iconic image of “las islas encantadas”. My goal is to translate difficult scientific content in both English and Spanish into a more comprehensible form for broader public understanding and enjoyment. By using two languages to compile my project, I hope to increase the number of readers who can enjoy it and broaden the research scope.
Additionally, I want to incorporate a multimedia component to increase interest in and understanding of my project. By using photos I captured there, I will support my writing and emphasize the animals' visual beauty.
