The treatment of hypertrophic scars and keloids can be difficult. Herein, the authors describe the available data for many scar therapies including pressure and compression therapy, massage therapy, photoprotection, silicone gel and sheets, onion extract, imiquimod, mitomycin C, and cryotherapy. The chapter will conclude with a discussion of intralesional therapy and combination therapy.
