Abstract
This chapter outlines the most commonly noted pulmonary lesions of the antenatal period: congenital diaphragmatic hernia and the cystic lesions of congenital pulmonary airway malformation and bronchopulmonary sequestration. The diagnosis of pulmonary effusion and its differential is reviewed. The rare lesion of congenital high airway obstruction syndrome (CHAOS) is outlined. Emphasis is placed on ultrasound diagnosis and imaging.
