Abstract
This chapter will discuss how the use of anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT) can aid in the diagnosis, treatment planning, and surveillance for commonly encountered conjunctival pathology. Pathologies presented include benign entities (e.g., pinguecula, pterygium, nevi, etc) and concerning/malignant lesions (e.g., ocular surface squamous neoplasia (OSSN), squamous call caricinoma, and conjunctival melanoma). Several key features of benign versus malignant lesions’ appearance on AS-OCT are discussed.
