Abstract
This chapter is concerned with central nervous system modulation of natural
killer cell (NK) activity as a potential biological response modifier relevant to
cancer outcome. There are assumptions being made at the outset that provide a
framework for this discussion. These assumptions made explicit will thus be our
starting point for this section.
