Abstract
Cervical and uterine anomalies are a very important clinical entity since they can affect not only the reproductive capacity but also the quality of life of women affected. To date there is still not a universally accepted classification, and some recent updates have been published. Modern diagnosis is based on 3D ultrasound as it allows the visualization of the uterus in the three planes of space and offers the possibility of obtaining uterine volumes. In this chapter, the diagnosis, clinical significance, and treatment of the main uterine and cervical malformations will be exposed, as well as the commonly used postoperative recommendations.
