Diagnosis Myoepithelial Neoplasm (Pleomorphic Adenoma on Excision) Tips P63 marks myoepithelial cells, as well as basal cells of squamous and transitional epithelia. It is, therefore, useful for classifying myoepithelial tumors and squamous and transitional cell carcinomas.
