Abstract
This chapter will discuss the use of anterior segment ocular coherence tomography (AS-OCT) in the diagnosis and management of ocular inflammation of the anterior segment. Common conditions, such as interstitial keratitis, peripheral ulcerative keratitis, diffuse lamellar keratitis, and neurotrophic keratitis, will be presented. In addition to presenting images of various stages of these pathologic conditions and their variants, images and discussion regarding management options in which AS-OCT can be helpful will be presented. Additional information regarding the use of AS-OCT for the rehabilitation of corneal neovascularization will be discussed. Finally, a series of miscellaneous anterior chamber inflammatory conditions will be depicted.
