Abstract
Perspectivalism is a semantic theory according to which the contents of utterances and mental states (perhaps of a particular kind) have truth values only relative to perspectives (or standards) determined by the context of a speaker, an assessor, or a bearer of a mental state. I¡¦ve defended this view for epistemic terms, moral terms, and predicates of personal taste (Brogaard 2008a, 2008b, forthcoming-a).
