Abstract
Similar to Hodgkin’s lymphoma, the cutaneous mets of non-Hodgkin’s
lymphoma (NHL) usually occur in stage IV NHL (61). These ulcerated cutaneous
metastases are associated with a worse prognosis and advanced systemic disease.
Death is often secondary to sepsis from infection of ulcerated metastases. These
ulcers are often infected with Staphylococcus aureus. However, infection with Pseudomonas and Streptococcus are not uncommon. After infection is treated, these
lesions can be treated with chemotherapy and local radiation.
