Abstract
Addressing the critical issue of frequency doubling on the DC link in single-phase grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) systems, this paper introduces a power decoupling technique. The proposed method, integrating an additional phase leg, effectively neutralizes the detrimental impacts of frequency doubling on system efficiency and reliability. This technique can also realize multiplexing, simplifying the circuitry. The effectiveness of this method can be evaluated by using MATLAB/Simulink model for simulation, obtaining simulation results and carrying out corresponding analysis and processing. Results indicate a pronounced decrease in DC link ripple energy and the potential for reducing energy storage dimensions.
