Abstract

The selection of an insurance software (IS) system is a complicated process. The overall satisfaction derived from a system depends on many variables. This study analyzes the influence of IS predictor variables on overall satisfaction as determined by multiple regression. This study suggests that IS ease of operation, computer reliability, and trouble shooting are the major determinants of overall computer user satisfaction. The factors identified were used in the design of Diagnostic.
