  Diaphragmatic paralysis following coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), while often benign, can sometimes require plication. This paper describes the first reported case of intraoperative (CABG) pulmonary plication for a patient with prior diaphragmatic paralysis. [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
