Abstract

Nonabelian bosonization and the triality property of so(8) are used to demonstrate in a simple way the equivalence of the old Neveu-Schwarz-Ramond superstring formalism, and the new Green-Schwarz formalism. In particular, the relationship between these two formalisms is made explicit.
