Abstract

In article number 1900166, Sapna K. Deo and co‐workers describe stable bacterial expression and purification of a fusion between Gaussia luciferase and tamavidin 2. With its high biotin‐binding affinity and almost wild‐type luminescence, this universal reporter construct could find application in a wide variety of imaging and detection platforms such as miRNA detection.
