Abstract

pattern electroretinogram mouse noncorneal electrode bioelectric field retinal ganglion cell
The pattern electroretinogram, a sensitive measure of retinal ganglion cell function, can now be recorded simultaneously from each eye of the mouse using one subcutaneous electrode in the snout and asynchronous binocular stimulation, thus making the technique simpler and faster.
