Abstract

Electroencephalograph Social Interaction Methodology Prefrontal Cortex
In recent years, communication researchers have begun to use electroencephalographic (EEG) technology to study electrical activity in the cortex during social interaction and as a substrate of communicator traits, such as communication apprehension and verbal aggressiveness. This essay presents a brief overview of issues central to collecting high-quality EEG data.
