Abstract
This chart was developed by Laura Capell and Elliot Williams to assist with making copyright determinations and assign RightsStatements.org statements to items in the University of Miami Libraries’ digital collections. It contains information about copyright status in the United States for a variety of rights scenarios, including published and unpublished material from both the U.S. and Cuba. The chart has been updated to be accurate as of January 2019.
