Abstract
This is an introduction to the study of urbanization in the Caribbean particularly since the oil crisis of 1973-1974. Three separate case studies are included on Port-au-Prince Haiti; Kingston Jamaica; and Santo Domingo Dominican Republic. (ANNOTATION)
