Dr. Dhabhar is interested in basic and clinical research on: 1) How stress-related immune, endocrine, physiological and psychological mechanisms can affect cancer progression, treatment effectiveness, and survivorship. 2) Mechanisms mediating the effects of stress on cancer prevention efforts. 3) Cancer and cancer treatment related psychological & physiological stress effects.
