My research interests include political institutions, public management and distributive public policy. One of my newest projects focuses on how political institutions influence public policies at the local level, particularly in the context of local government service provision and resource allocation. I am also interested in the role of local public managers in adopting e-government services and local government responsiveness to citizen requests made via e-government, particularly social media.
