Expertise

My background is in civil and environmental engineering. I draw on engineering problem-solving frameworks, structured analytical reasoning alongside geospatial technologies & analysis to address complex challenges. My work centers on contaminant fate and transport, primarily in marine environments. My research focuses on impacts by oil spill chemicals to marine water, sediments, and air quality. Additionally, impacts by stormwater, and wastewater-impacted groundwater discharges to marine recreational waters. Working collaboratively with public health specialists, I employ spatial analysis and statistics to advance research objectives, optimize operations, and enable data-driven decisions.
